The convenience to Salem!

It was in a more business/industrial area with not a lot of convenient stores, restaurants available without driving

The property was close enough to Salem for a short uber drive, the main lobby was decorated for Halloween in a very cute way and restaurant seems nice.

The first room we had smelled completely of smoke, we had to request to switch rooms right away. The hallways are dim and the carpets are threadbare.

The hotel has a really nice lobby - very clean and bright with a free seltzer water dispenser. Despite a bar mitzvah taking place, the noise levels were fine. There is a restaurant on site with a bar that served Starbucks coffee. Our rooms were a nice size - clean with comfortable beds. I would say it was a 20 minute drive into Salem. I highly recommend and will stay here again.

Horrible place to stay don’t waste your money. Good location for Salem trip yes. But if you wanna feel like your gettin robbed then this is the place to stay. Hotel is easily 10-20+ years old and has no updates other than the lobby area. A mouse ran by the kitchen and staff didn’t budge. “Starbucks” is in a corner and no one works it so it’s pointless. Staff at restaurant were so horrible I watched 4 families walk away because no one sat them or waited on them when they sat themselves. World Series wasn’t on tv because they didn’t have the channel. Rooms are horrible layouts, you hear everything sound wise in Galway above you below you, the elevator and so on. Rooms are “clean” but by clean I mean a fresh made bed. The room is hammered and absolutely in need of a deep cleaning or renovation. For the $4-500 yourll be paying just spend it somewhere else. You won’t be happy when you walk in the hallways and room. I attached pictures that I took while walking to my room and left a few out because there’s too many. I didn’t even bother taking pictures of other areas in the building.

It was clean and close to Salem which we came to visit. Staff was very friendly.

Wifi cost. Dining was not the best money value.
