Close to ferry terminal & in town. Room was hot - no AC but small fan.

Noisy outside at night

Great location, but building is old and shabby. I reserved a room with two beds, but they only had a king bed available. No wifi in rooms. No A/C, so you have to open windows and hope nobody on the street comes in at night (not secure).

Hotel is over 100 years old… and is well taken care of. We had a great stay and the staff was very good to us.

I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the accommodations were. Just a really nice place to stay with as many amenities as you need in Alaska.

Loved the gathering area, cozy room. comfortable and clean and quiet. Too bad no internet in rooms but really enjoyed the gathering area lounge area.

I highly recommend this hotel for a stopover in Skagway. The rooms are comfortable, the showers are hot with good pressure. The Cafe has good coffee. It was quiet, despite the cruise ship traffic. Coin op laundry available. Wifi only in common areas, but that is not a problem for us. There are lots of historical photos and the building has a nostalgic feel. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Another lovely stay at this property! We were in town to participate in the Independence Day Parade and festivites. Convenient, clean and safe hotel. I wish they would extend the wifi into the rooms, but we just used it in the common areas.
