Holland America Skagway Inn

It was totally wonderful. Everyone was very helpful and the facility was extremely well done. It was a joy to stay there.

Older property, but had plenty of plugs for our electronics. Easy walking distance to everything.

Liked it more than i thought i would. Rooms are small but clean and tidy. The candy is a nice touch. We'll stay there again.

The hotel is very quaint. It is clean, safe, and has a friendly staff.

Staff went above and beyond to accommodate us for our stay. The hotel was quaint and very comfortable.

The entire hotel staff was wonderful, very polite and attentive. Although I was not impressed with the service regarding the restaurant staff. Which I found to be extremely unprofessional and other then our waitress had no idea as to what they were doing.

Good place to stay in Skagway. Ckean, well maintained hotel. We especially enjoyed the Mind Reader entertainment.

Hotel was great, lovely room, helpful woman at the desk . Restaurant not so much. Took 20 minutes to get appetizer because they burnt the first one. They comped the second one but it was so salty I could barely eat it. It closed at 9 pm. Couldn’t get another drink to wash the salty taste out of my mouth.

Very nice, clean hotel. Convenient to every thing in Skagway. Good staff at front desk.
