The hotel’s name is easily confused with another hotel of the same name causing extra travel to reach the hotel. The hotel does serve breakfast but at a significant charge.

It was nice and clean. Bulky furniture in room. Would appreciate an earlier check in.

Clean spacious room and accessible option was very helpful.

Walked to hotel from Alaska State Ferry terminal without problems. "Deluxe room" was a small room with two full (not queen) beds, tight fit for 3 people and their luggage. Comfortable beds but bedding too heavy for summer. No A/C but difficult to keep windows open due to road and train noise. Trains run right past the hotel and start sounding horns 6 AM or earlier. Small bathroom, tiny sink like ship's cabin, but functional. No fridge, used small ice bucket to keep a few things cold, worked OK. Public areas are nicely decorated and furnished and have wifi, but no wifi in room.

Very nice property with very friendly and helpful staff. On the higher side of our per diem comfort zone but wanted to do everything in Skagway in one day and skidaddle. It’s close to everything and leaves you wanting for nothing.

Well kept property. Staff is amazing. Room was comfy and had everything you would need or expect. Except for WIFI

Great convenient location with good food in the evening. . However there was no internet in rooms, only in lobby.
