Holland America Skagway Inn

Hotel was clean, but my room had a machine sound come on every ten minutes and run for a minute all night. Not restful at all.

Brief stay while driving from Oregon to Alaska. Clean, convenient to things to do. Nice restaurant.

It was clean and quiet

Trouble cheking in even though we had advanced reservations. Rooms recently remodeled and nice. Outside of hotel looks rustic on purpose, I guess. Whole downtown needs serious work on steps and handrails. Drunks and stoners roaming around on streets at all hours of the night.

Vey nice. No fridge in room

Easy quick check in. Second time staying at this hotel. First time we were on the second floor and it was a lot quieter than the ground floor rooms. We heard noise from our room from above, beside and across the hallway. We were right by the laundry room and wadhing machines going all night. Couple next door having a fight. So a bit of a restless sleep this time. Bit expensive for the room, but comparable to other limited places in Skagway. The bed was comfortable.

It is an older hotel that has been well maintained and updated. It was conveniently located in town. You could easily walk to any attraction. The staff were friendly and gave good advice on eating and activities. I look forward to a return in the future.

Came here in family trip. Hotel was clean. Town was designed as old gold town. If you are coming to Skagway, I think this is the best option

The room was very nice and warm. The staff were also very welcoming. Skagway was so beautiful just be aware there’s no WiFi in the rooms only in the main lobby
