Staff was very polite, but very understaffed.

Several things broken, door lock to our room, ice maker not working etc.

The pool needs a new paint job, it was flaking off. The staff was slow. The hot tub didn't work, had caution tape around it. No blow dryer in the room. We were told breakfast would only be eggs and potatoes as they didn't have any plates. Beetles everywhere outside and in pool area. Room smelled musty, carpeting stained in places in hallway.

Will never stay at another country inn and suites

Run down, no elevator i cleaned the toilet, vent in bathroom leaked it dripped water in middle of bathroom, holes in walls, small tv, floor sticky. Ac fan rattled

The room was clean and comfortable. Nice bed and pillows. The carpet throughout the hotel was in desperate need of replacement. Dirty and worn. Other than that, not a bad place to stop for the night

Staff did not let us know what time breakfast was and where things were located. Did not suggest parking in back where our room was located so we lugged all our stuff from one end of the hotel to the other end and then up a flight of stairs. Breakfast had quite a variety, but somebody forgot to turn the crock pot of gravy on so it was cold & we had to warm our biscuits & gravy in the microwave. TV was unplugged and hair dryer wasn't in the bag in the bathroom but on a shelf in closet.

Had bed bugs and smells bad

Booked and paid for on my credit card. Got to the hotel with my grandsons and they didn't have a room for us. They turned us away and told us there were no rooms in the city. Then had to come back so they could initiate the refund.

The only positive thing about this place was the bed was soft and they had hot water. Breakfast was awful. The bathroom was dirty. They charge you a $100 check in fee even when you’ve already prepaid for your room. The area felt unsafe. I felt the value was not there for the money we paid. Wouldn’t stay here again.
