Needed an unplanned stop and hotel was convenient and affordable- needed body wash, which brought promptly although it took a while to reach the front desk. Breakfast was delicious

Clean, comfortable beds, easy in and out, parking.

Ice machine was not working, we got up early, good breakfast selection but was not hot.

Tricia Gray was excellant in all her dealings with us. Very knowledgeable and friendly!

Many things were not functioning. It’s being renovated so understandable but didn’t know till arrival that pool and hottub were not working. Seemed to be an electrical malfunction that didn’t allow door to open to the pool or the outside entry that led to our room. Shower head was broken. AC didn’t work well. But could see everything was being addressed.

Booked a studio suite. Got a king. Hot water knob in tub was broken. Cabinet was broken. Switched rooms. 1 towel, empty TP rolls. Had to clean out dirt and crap from tub before use. Fridge didnt work and was moldy so they had just put a second fridge on the dresser sometime previously Neither ice machine worked. Hot tub was broken and drained. Coffee machine in room had a moldy, used coffee packet still in it. Ran out of breakfast items and was told they didnt have any supplies. Whole motel was dirty and in disrepair.

I did not eat the breakfast here but others in our party did and said it was good; nothing amazing but good and on par with what you would expect for an included hotel breakfast at this price point.

Upon check-in the front desk staff indicated rooms were hard to come by as they did not have anyone to clean them but they did end up finding rooms for us just not together as we had asekd for (we booked 2 rooms). We were on a cross-country trip and had many items we wanted to bring into our room however there was no elevator and one of the rooms was on the 2nd floor. We used booking.com to book the rooms a few hours prior to arrival; the front desk person setup the first room but then had problems trying to book us into the 2nd room. He said they send virtual cards to charge the rooms to and it was saying there was not enough funds on the card and I would need to call booking.com but before I could get through to anyone he tried to charge $1 less and it went through. There are 2 ice machines, and both are broken and seem to have been for some time. Those in the group sleeping on the 2nd floor found the room hot but the room on my 1st floor I stayed in was very cool. Lastly we did checkout with the front desk and return our keys; but 5 days later the $100 deposit charge was on my credit card still (not an authorization - the charge had cleared) so I called and inquired why they had cleared the charge and was told it takes a few days to come off and it would that they found no issues after we checked out. Interestingly 10 minutes after hanging up the call the charges were refunded. This seems very shady to me. I would not stay here again.

The pool was poorly maintained. The hot tub was broken. Our microwave didn't work. The bathroom in my room stunk really bad. It just seemed like the property was maintained just enough to stay open. It wasn't worth the price.

The front desk attendant was very courteous when checking in.

The smell of the hallways and room was disgusting. Traveling with my family I was very concerned about the health code violations. I personally stepped on a goat head bear footed in the room and found beer cans left in the dirty fridge. The pool was chipping away and was open which was concerning.
