The Condado Plaza Hotel

The view was AMAZING

Bed low, no dresser, refrigerator and coffeemaker in the bathroom, the closet in the bathroom, only a big chair to sit on

Me encantó la ubicación, la playita la lado del hotel , la vista desde mi habitación, el personal del hotel muy amables y te ayudaban con cualquier pregunta.

Se sentía bastante humedad dentro de la habitación .

Velho , mal conservado e com um monte de coisa quebrada (moveis, cofre, etc). Cortinas nao devem ser limpas a algumas decadas e moveis da varabda quebrados

First let me say I stay in hotels every week for work, so I’ve seen it from all extremes. I can tell this place USE to be nice in its heyday, but now I find the property to be quite dated & begging for a renovation. The common areas like lobby are nice, and the staff is amazing!! Everyone I encountered from front desk to valet were helpful & kind. It’s the rooms that fell considerably short for the asking price. Mine was dim, and worn down. It felt dirty, and unkept in a way I’m not sure even a good scrubbing could fix. There was a dingy couch in my room that had clearly seen more than I care to know. There was some kind of throw covering a portion of the couch and quite frankly i just didn’t move it, because I was sure what I saw would make trip worst. There is a huge tv in the room taking up most of desk I needed to work on, since I was on a work trip. I probably would have gave it some grace if it had barely any working channels that were not frozen or full of static. The bathroom was dirty as well with hair in the crevices of everything. This room may work for you if you’re one of those ppl with the mindset “i can stay wherever, i don’t plan to be in the room much” I myself found forced myself to find places to go to be out the room. I think Low quality rooms are fine when they are budget priced. This hotel is usually priced too high for this standard of room. Some pluses are there is a Starbucks connected to the hotel and location -you are a short walk to the many condado restaurants & scenery. If you like the location I’d say stay directly across the street at the Hilton garden inn, the rooms are much better.

En el balcón los Marcos llenos de sucio y pelo y el cristal de la bañera sucio

En el momento de mi estancia , los ascensores principales no servían lo cual fue incómodo . También en el área de la piscina, y la playita debe de tener más libertad en para los huéspedes porque no estamos allí de gratis. De lo demás Bien
