My room was very clean and I felt safe while staying there. Very convenient to Wal-Mart and gas station if need something.

It was the most disgusting room I have ever walked into. We checked in after the races were over, went to eat, then came back and went to the room. After walking in and checking everything we left and found a new hotel!! We turned the key right back in. I had a baby with me and I was so livid I almost called the health department because no one should have to pay and have to sleep in a room like that! The pillows were yellow, black stuff on the lamp shade, the chair was covered in nastiness, the beds were filled with stains, bugs, debris, holes burned in the blanket from a cigarette, and there was a hole cut out of the wall in the shower! Garbage piled up on the balcony and the people in the room beside up was obnoxiously loud and running up and down the hallways, yelling, partying, or whatever they were doing.

Want an STD? Here’s your place, because they consider fresh semen and dried blood stains to be their top notch cleanliness. The ac will only “take a few minutes like 20” to cool down the room because apparently according to the manager all hotels leave their ACs off in the dead heat of June in the south. Except it didn’t cool off… it was still 80 degrees in there, with my kids almost passing out and beat red faces and us literally dripping in sweat after 45 minutes when my husband finally complained. They told us they can’t refund us because the room is used. Then the excuse was the ac just takes 20 minutes. Then when I told them the time he tried to say we had been in the room over the policy time. I said what’s that? He said over an hour… I have time stamps, my husband complained at 45 minutes and I did at a little less than an hour. Then the excuse was they have a no refund policy. Then the manager claimed it was her family owned business so she has no policies and that’s why they weren’t posted. Then she said she offered me everything and I stopped her right there because all I wanted was my $77 back. I have plenty of photo and video evidence and have already reported for fraudulent charges to my bank. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

Please don't rent a room here. I booked my two grandsons a room on hotel com, but when I went in to register, and got the key, I came out and handed them the key. As soon as I did, the man came out, grabbed the key from him, said he didn't like the way they looked, that they were homeless. I said how do you know they are homeless, do you know them? He said no, I just don't like the way they look . He was very rude, after we had words , he handed me another key to a dirty room upstairs and said they could stay there. It was discussing!!!! He judged them by what they looked like. He should be ashamed.

I paid for a room for my friends who just got kicked out of there house. The guy at the front saw me give the key to my friends and told me he didn't like them cause they were dirty and he assumed they were homeless.
