Bugs and hair! Sheets were absolutely covered in hair. Bugs everywhere! Water would not work and when called for service they told us to bathe with dripping water and the hair on the sheets were not a big deal! For the price you pay I would not stay here. The worst staff and the worst hotel

The bed was really soft.but the room was not very clean. I had my service dog with me and a friend was picking me up and he had his little dog with him and i was accused of having two dogs. And the lady was the first one to come to the truck and ask about towels and I told her I only had one. And then the man comes all the way to the window yelling that i had tow dogs

This is the WORST hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I mean the absolute worst. I can not even begin to describe to you how bad this place is. So bad I almost canceled work and just went home. I am not a clean freak or get freaked out at crappy places very easily but this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. Ever. The people who run it are Indian car sales people. Walked into the office as I was comparing prices from the econo lodge across the street and there and the lady told me 70 bucks. I said to myself no way I am paying 70 bucks plus taxes to stay there. She then proceeded to harass me all the way out to my car about how much money I could spend like I was homeless. I am not homeless I just wanted a cheap clean hotel for the night. Told her I would give her 60 bucks cash and that’s it. She accepted. I went up to the room and this is where the nightmare starts. It was disgusting. Smelled like a strip club. It was the grossest thing I have ever been apart of. You would have to pay me to stay here again. Go across the street from I promise you won’t regret it. They then proceeded to call me broke the next morning for wanting a receipt. Couldn’t believe it. They also don’t speak English.

The staff were unpolite

House keeping kept coming to my door at 9am in the morning when I told them I work 3rd shift if I need any assistance I’ll call the office to let them know kept opening my door all the way open letting flies in kept checking my room for guest or smoking I honestly felt racially profiled… every time anyone of my family came to deliver food they come out and yell no guest said I can’t have no one pull up in. They parking lot gave me one big towel and one small knowing it was 5 people in the room ( and the towels was dirty) it’s was just a totally disgusting mess will not book again

Roaches everywhere people cooking and partying until 1 am in parking lot. People trying to break in

There were too many roaches in the room. I checked out immediately. I went to the front desk told the owner and she didn't believe me. They have upgraded the inside,but please call an exterminator. Oh and the rooms are none refundable. All the other hotel were booked. That's the only reason why I went there. Never again. A one night stay with roaches. I don't think so. I was glad to leave that money. My grand baby thought they were spiders. I'd stay at a Pilots or a Loves in my truck overnight before I stay there again.
