Extremely disappointing. Traveled with my family, expecting to be able to utilize the pool they showcase on their website. Not only was the pool half the size that their photos would suggest, it was out of order. Our suite overlooked the pool area, and they had workers out there at 8 AM ON A SUNDAY. Unacceptable. Especially at the rate we paid. Never going back.

The beds were comfortable. I had room service breakfast both morning and it was amazing. I loved the coffee and the fact that there is a Walgreens downstairs

The housekeepers kept trying to turn over my room before I checked out. The first time she walked in without announcing herself and said she thought the room was empty. Left- then I was about to shower and decided to lock the door and put something in front of the door and sure enough as I was getting into the shower a housekeeper tried to force their way in again. I was traveling alone and this made me feel unsafe. The tv is also out dated- there’s a note saying you can chrome cast but it doesn’t work so you’re just stuck with local channels.
