This hotel in my opinion is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The food, the customer service and my room. From my checkin to my checkout. The people at the front desk were so professional and welcoming. If I’m ever in Charlotte again this will me my choice of hotels hands down.

I stayed at the Omni while away on a business trip. The service was excellent in all categories! From the bell boys and valet to the bartenders and front desk receptionists. Joe, Alex, Gusmann and Juan all stood out with exceptional, personal care, attention and communication. So friendly, warm and inviting.

Had a three-day conference at the Omni Charlotte. The hotel was great, staff was friendly and helpful, food and beverage was also top notch. The gym and shopping set up with District One was also excellent. I did not have to leave the property and thoroughly enjoyed the event and stay.

Location, aesthetically nice hotel. The front desk representative “Lucy” was phenomenal! She has great customer service and the valet representatives were also excellent!

Pool was closed, the pictures online appeared that there was a lot to do in the hotel. However when we got there, it was nothing to do.
