Great location. Nicely appointed property. Friendly staff.

Horribly uncomfortable bed and pillows. We prepaid for two nights and left after one night! Older property with small bathroom and small vanity. Would not hold this against them though. Deal breaker is the bed. Even the comforter was ridiculously worn with lumps the size of softballs.

Our breakfast was good. It was free due to complications with check in.

We arrived to the property at 7 pm and our room was not ready. We received free drink tickets while we waited, but missed our dinner plans because we couldn’t change. We finally were able to check in at around 8 pm. It was explained to us that the hotel was short staffed due to graduation the week before. We understand short staffed, and it was Memorial Day weekend. We come to LaCrosse every year for our anniversary and we usually stay at the Radisson. We will be back!

"The staff was efficient and friendly, the room was clean and quiet and we slept peacefully."

The hotel was quiet and clean. I was pleased to see tiled floors in the rooms; less areas for allergies and detritus. Bed was very comfortable and truly appreciated that the bathroom sink drain plug actually held water (I am amazed at how this is an issue in other hotels). The location was convenient, easy access to downtown and family.

The toilet flush was a startling... wondered if I was disturbing our neighbors with each flush (WHOOSH!!) Housekeeping may want to use actua; glass cleaner on the mirrors instead of general bathroom cleaner as it was streaky and smudgy. But honestly if that's the ony thing I can report...then there's no real issue.
