Overall, the experience was very good. Everybody was friendly and I enjoyed the food from the restaurant. The front desk and the cleanup crew. I went right down five stars out of five.

"Cool shower"

Great bar and dining. Only draw back was there was a very fine line between cold or warm for your shower. Water never go hot.

"Good place to stay"

It was a nice stay. Rooms were clean and all the amenities were nice. The hot tub was closed when we wanted to use it, so that was the only downfall.

"We will continue to chose this place for our stay when we visit LaCrosse."

We have stayed here before and we’ve always had a great experience. They had some remodeling going on this time and it was still one of the more clean and quiet stays we’ve had at a hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, as always.

It’s very clean, smells great and is well put together. The location is great for anything you want to do.

"Location and River View"

Excellent location by the river and walking distance to many restaurants. Beautiful view of the river and bluffs. The bar and restaurant in the hotel had friendly staff, a cozy fireplace and big windows to enjoy the river.
