We only had an hour for breakfast as we had to get to a seminar so we ordered an english muffin and yogurt parfait. We were disappointed how long it took and we were 5 min late to the seminar. Because we left in a rush, we forgot to get receipts for reimbursement. The waiter talked way too much about personal things rather than taking care of the customers. He was nice and personable but shared way too much.

Very nice people and a great view. The restaurant is very good, too. The in-room coffee was good. You can't beat the location, since I was able to walk all around downtown and along the river, but still be just a few blocks from the hotel.

Second time staying, very comfortable & sights from hotel are great, friendly staff except for gentleman checking us in at front desk

Gentleman who FINALLY checked us in after a 6 minute personal conversation on phone acted as if we were interrupting him, short snappy responses from him.
