Check-in service includes a warm cookie. Our room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. Came there for a family gathering.

Our room was so dirty. There was hair in the toilet pizza crumbs all over the furniture and the coffee table. We had to go to another room and it was just a little bit better, but the floors did not even vacuumed. Never again will I stay at Doubletree?

Paper thin walls and constant road construction led to a very rough sleep. No smoking room reeked of pot smoke. Room was also dirty

I had a very unusual hotel room — it seemed like a former storage or maintenance space that had been converted into a guest room. The layout was awkward, and it was located right next to the employee elevator and several maintenance rooms. The elevator was extremely loud, sounding almost like a train every time it ran. At various times of the day, the room smelled strongly of cooked food, which made me think it might share a wall or vent with a restaurant or kitchen area. We could also hear voices coming through the vents, which was awkward. The room didn’t have a coffee maker — just some coffee packets and dusty cups. The door had a panel on it that looked like it was covering up a vent. Overall, it felt more like a makeshift space than a proper hotel room.

-Stayed from Thursday-Monday. Friday night/early Saturday morning (1:30-2:00am) heard commotion in the hallway. People were swearing/arguing and than heard a crash. Then it stopped and I went to sleep. Reported it to the front desk the next morning. They were aware of this issue and stated that they sent security up at 2:00am to take care of this issue. The front desk was on it and it was immediately taken care of. I let staff know I appreciated that they took care of it right away. Didn’t hear anymore noise like this, the rest of our stay. - Don’t like the fact that we were charged $15.00 for breakfast and $5.00 for a cup of Caribou Coffee. (Think they should be free).

My daughter and I were so excited when we walked into the beautiful lobby, ate at the restaurant and spent a little time at the pool. Once we really spent a little time in our room I realized the room was in awful condition and didnt feel clean. There was a cookie bag in the living room trash- which wasn't ours as we did online check-in and digital key. Also in the tub/shower, there were black shopping tags. It was clear to me they didnt clean the room very thoroughly. Of course then I noticed just general wear and tear in the hotel and it seemed like they do not do deep cleaning or have a standard deep clean/room cleaning day. I was a Doubletree GM for many years so know the standards. I was really bummed about this one. I rarely write a review good or bad but wanted to call out the cleanliness. Our customer service in the restaurant and front desk when we asked for cookies was great so that is why I gave a 3.
