giving them a little grace due to the fact it was a very busy football weekend, however very loud on our floor. Stayed on the 5th floor and quiet hours weren't enforced at 0200 am

little better lighting- maybe if the halls were dimmed at night- the hall lights were so bright, we could see the light come through the crack at bottom of the door- that's being picky but y'all asked :)

Beautiful hotel! Just like we remember it 25 years ago!

Staff, clean room

I’m a loyal Marriott guest and have stayed at many of their properties around the world, but this experience was truly disappointing. First, Marriott constantly promotes “room upgrades for elite members,” yet every time I check in, there’s always an excuse — “fully booked,” “no upgrades available,” or “you already have a good room.” This time was no different. Despite my status, I was told upgrades weren’t possible, only to see better rooms still available online. Yet amazing how when you basically go on and on and even show them they are lying by being able to book an upgrade on the app, an upgrade “magically” appears. I refused to move out of the line until you get the upgrade. I’ve learned to keep arguing with the until you by at it. Amazing how Hilton I NEVER have this issue. Get my upgrades literally 3-5 days BEFORE checking. To make matters worse, the shower had visible mold around the tiles — completely unacceptable for a brand that claims to offer premium hospitality. It clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned or maintained. And while the room had a balcony, there were no chairs, just two small tables provided — which made it useless. For a property at this level, basic attention to detail should not be too much to ask. Overall, it feels like Marriott has lost sight of its standards and promises. Guests shouldn’t have to chase what’s advertised or overlook basic cleanliness issues. I expected much better.

2nd time to stay here when we visit Fort Worth. Perfect location. Always clean and nice lounge to sit and visit with our friends. We love it here
