"Påstod at den ene booking ikke fandtes "

Jeg havde fået en bekræftelse på min bestilling og der stod at den var garanteret, men da vi kom frem sagde receptionisten at hun kun kunne se det værelse som var bestilt i min datters navn, ikke to værelser!!! Alt var fuldt booket så vi kunne ikke sove der alle fire. Vi endte derfor med at få værelser på nabohotellet - Jardin de Relax - som dog var lidt dyrere men godt. Men Flor de Canela kan jeg bestemt ikke anbefale.

"Exceptional"

The location and design and decor were fitting to being in the Oriente in Ecuador. The pool was a fantastic addition. Service was helpful and friendly. Food good. A woman named Lorena at the front desk helped us tremendously. She’s the best.
