I didn't eat at breakfast but my family did and they had nothing but great things to say about the food and service. The pool was very nice and clean. The fitness center was also clean and organized. The TV in our room was very large, we didn't expect that.

We only had 1 issue. Our room number was 211 and at time we could not get into our room. Looked like the keycard worked, and using the app to unlock the door also turned green but the door was still stuck. Maintenance came extremely fast and was able to get the door open.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, front desk staff was helpful and nice. The airport shuttle driver is not customer focused and not nice talking to the front desk in front of customers. Also unpleasant talking about guest. If you don’t need the shuttle, nice hotel.

Not very attentive staff. I called to the lobby on two occasions without an answer. On the night of my check in there wasn’t anyone at the front desk when I walked in. Our bed was squeaky. Every toss and turn was announced. Several public areas were very very warm and the elevators were beyond slow. It got to the point I would automatically use the stairs.

In talk with corporate Hilton. Fire alarm went off twice due to "faulty mechanics" due to a storm. The alarm went off hours before the storm and hours after. I have a service animal, the alarms and emergency situation made the stay very difficult and unpleasant.

"Very tired property."

This hotel has neglected all up keep. They have rather changed all lighting to 15 watt bulbs. Most electrical plugs were shorted out. With all of the recharging you have to do each night, it was a challenge. If I thought something would actually get repaired, I would report it. However, guest service staff at front desk were only helpful if they wanted to be. The "I don't know how to do that" response was very common. Or, try back with someone else on another shift. We are Diamond Hilton members and stay about 20 weeks a year. This property was chosen for us. Would not recommend staying here.
