Hannah Andrews is a true asset to Sheraton Hotels. Her presence at the front desk was warm and welcoming and professional. I am 80 years old and recovering from a heart attack. Hannah took extra care to find a quiet room. She is a sincere and extremely kind woman. She should be a manager.

There are maintenance issues that need attention.
