I liked the location and the hotel in general was nice

I booked the reservation on booking.com when I got there they said they couldn't find it anywhere even after me trying to show my confirmation they just blew it off they booked me without even explaining the rates I assumed it was the same amount but over charged me and then put an additional 50 on my card for essentials which was never refunded won't stay again

I stayed for 2 nights. When I arrived, the reception was terrible, super rude, Andrew. The next day, they didn't clean the room. When I complained, they said there was no one else to clean it but they would bring me clean towels. The breakfast service was also bad. I don't recommend this hotel. My experience was terrible. -No even one water - coffee machine was broken

"Under staffed poor communication amongst the organization."

Was ordered to go to the front desk at 8:00pm after I was in bed in my nightgown due to miscommunication amongst staff regarding extending my stay an additional night. Even though I confirmed upon check in and again on the 2nd day that there was nothing further I needed to do. Heads up: They do not have vending machines, and the rooms do not have microwaves, or refrigerators.

"Very nice hotel."

Excellent location. Evening valet was very friendly and helpful.

We requested and received an accessible room. The room was very large and exceeded our expectations, however it was quite a distance from the elevator. My husband uses a walker and the walk was somewhat difficult for him. Also the low height of the bed was difficult for him to get in and out.

"It was okay."

It was a nice facility, clean and modern.

We had an issue with the shower. The knob got stuck all the way on hot and it wouldn’t shut off. After jumping out of the shower, I called for maintenance and it took them over 15 minutes to come up. Everything in the bathroom and bedroom was covered in the moisture from the hot shower continuously running. Then the maintenance guy, who barely understood what I was saying, advised that it was our fault it got stuck. Also, children were running and screaming up and down the hall before 8 am both days we were there.
