Carpet needs replacing and is looking tired. Hairs on my towels that were not mine. parking garage gate not working. Two Haughty receptionists. Lobby is inviting. Loud music played all night and the hotel should have stopped it. Relatively clean and pleasant

The staff were friendly and the room was clean. The shower head wasn’t great. I also asked for a fan but was never brought one or let me know they couldn’t find one.

The location.

The breakfast was not good. Standard hotel fare breakfast buffet (powdered eggs, etc). Pretty much all of the food was cold- eggs, bacon, potatoes. No tasteless. The biscuits were dry and the gravy had an “off” taste. You’re also going to pay $15 (20 for valet) to park in the hotel’s parking garage which for on top of the $$ cost of a room is ridiculous. (there isn’t anywhere else to park).

The room was damaged. Specifically the lamp shade was torn, scraps on the bathroom door, and several signs of age as a facility that does not say Hilton or Doubletree at all. I was disappointed in my experience as I booked this hotel for our 9th year wedding anniversary night.

"No pool or hot tub "

The room was fairly clean, but the hotel was filthy. The floors were VERY dirty. I picked this hotel because there was a pool for my grandson. However, there is NO pool. It is completely closed as is the hot tub. I would definitely pick a different location.

Room was half cleaned, pool area was closed durning the time we were there but looked online and it didn’t say it was closed. Very poor for a double tree by hilton
