Quality Inn Moultrie

Literally, nothing.

Everything. It looked like someone had wiped fecal matter on the pillows and bed spread. It’s was 90 degrees in the room when I walked in, no air was on. It smelled horrendous.

What I didn’t like about this hotel, restrooms in lobby area were out of order and I had to wait until I checked into my room. I liked that the host could change our room from 2nd floor to 1st floor since my husband couldn’t walk up the stairs. I stayed two nights. We would come back.

The manager was very helpful. Rooms were clean.

The lady who was on duty at the front desk, both afternoons/evenings was very very kind. I feel terrible that I cannot remember her name, but she had wonderful customer service. Everything was clean and they did a nice job turning over our room after the first evening.

The only negative is the hand towels and wash cloths were dingy and discolored. The bath towels were good, they must have been newer. The bedding is very thin, but it was decent for a couple of nights. The breakfast was very very basic and the coffee was not good, tasted watery and the creamer separated some. So I definitely would say, not to count on the breakfast and to go out for that.

Building needs to demolished. The front desk manager was very pleasant. I didn't catch her name. Breakfast choices was absolutely terrible. Boiled eggs & packaged grits. Small hard bagels.

The pool wasn't available which was one reason we booked the hotel pool was an inside pool, the breakfast was okay except coffee needs improvement, and Said they couldn't give a receipt at check out

To be honest, nothing really the hotel needs major renovation. Major upgrade and the white towels were hard and faded
