I cannot comment of the accommodation. I had to have a medical procedure done nearby. However, the scheduled time was moved up, so I was done earlier than expected. I went to the hotel and explained my situation to see if I could check in early. I was told that they were full. I left to go eat, intending to return but as I was experiencing pain, bleeding and still had over and hour to wait we decided to drive home. I called customer service on two occasions to see if I could get a refund and they forwarded the request to the manager, Mr. Panchal. Until now I have not received the courtesy of a response.

The rude staff . The pool was closed when it was listed open. The smoke detector going off all night. The fact that the 1st room smelled really bad oder 2nd room.wasnt much difference
