Great location, easy to walk to main destinations and public transport close by. Nice lobby area.

One out of two elevator didn’t work when we arrived, when we left both weren’t working. Nothing the hotel can do about however very unfortunate to carry the suitcases down when we left. Rooms a bit outdated and A/C didn’t work. Too expensive for what we got but I think it was just that pricy due to the World Cup games.

THEY STUCK ME IN THE BACK WITH NO VIEW. But it was fine. One of the elevators was down. The front desk was great on getting me a shuttle to my ship.

This hotel is clean and comfortable and in a great area. It’s just a few blocks from the Westlake Link station and an easy walk to Pike Place Market and plenty of restaurants and coffee shops. My teenage daughter and I felt comfortable and safe walking to and from the hotel. The rooms are spacious and I appreciated that the shower has strong water pressure and stayed hot. I’d recommend this hotel for anyone who’d like a great central base for sightseeing.
