Americourt Hotel

This hotel is in disrepair and generally poor condition. Also, the room smelled of cigarette smoke even though we requested a non-smoking room.

Hotel in serious need of major updates.

Front desk was nice and polite. Shower head made a screaming noise. Bathroom exhaust fan sucked in smoke odor from next room. Carpet was torn and worn and dirty.

The staff for this hotel are very friendly and helpful. The property is obviously a little old and dated but it’s well maintained and there is no better hotel within an hour drive for the price point of this one. I stay here frequently (once or twice a month) and I’m always pleased with my results.

The front desk lady and the cleaning lady were very helpful and very nice and very polite. The property was outdated and not well-maintained .the room was way out dated, but it was clean. Smelled bad, Everything worked. They gave us an extra towel when I asked. I would stay here again for one night. The price is fair for what you get .

One of my favorite places to stay they are amazing

We live off grid. Once every 3 to 4 weeks we get a room for some creature comforts. Like hot running water for bath and showers. Have stayed here 2 times now. Staff are very friendly and remembered us. The room is very spacious and clean. Bed is soft and lovely. My only complaint is that there is no coffee pot or microwave. But we bring our own coffee maker. Other than that it was very enjoyable.

No fridge or microwave didn't like that at all besides that I have no complaints

We received an immediate refund and stayed somewhere else. The pictures online are not of this property. Room was filthy, smoke detector hanging from the ceiling, run down, smelly and some very questionable people lingering around. Didn't feel safe or comfortable.

We moved a family member from Texas to Elizabethton. We arrived after midnight and got up early the next morning so we did not spend much time at the hotel. Hotel was clean and the room was nice.
