la ubicación fue lo mejor! a unos pasos de chinatown, en una zona segura y bonita, con transporte público accesible a 5 minutos caminando. El desayuno es rico, pero muy sencillo, sólo pan dulce, fruta, jugo y café. La habitación es cómoda, aunque un poco pequeña. Nos ayudó mucho que tiene frigobar.

El A/C era muy ruidoso, aunque realmente no tuvimos que usarlo mucho pues el clima en mayo era bastante agradable.

Dirty toilets, wasn’t flushed, there was no water, they sent someone to fix but they didn’t do a good job, the problem wasn’t solved, thank goodness we were there just for a night, the counter lady wasn’t kind , we wanted to switch our room to another room she told us they can’t do that , it was just awe full, it was my mistake that I picked that hotel to stay , I will highly discourage people staying there in Triton unless you like being treated like I got treated. They deserve 0 for their service. Thanks

Location and service was excellent. Close to Chinatown, North Beach and the Ferry Bldg. Rooms were clean only issue I had was that the bathrooms were small but all the hotels in the area is like that. Morning continental breakfast and afternoon wine was nice.

Dear Hotel Triton Team, Thank you for providing a space to leave feedback regarding my recent stay. As a customer and hospitality professional, I believe it is essential to share my experience to help improve your establishment's management. Unfortunately, I must state that my experience was far from expected, and I did not feel comfortable or well-attended at any point. Below, I detail the specific situations that lead to my dissatisfaction: • Extremely poor service and arrogant treatment during check-in: Upon arrival, I was assisted by a front desk clerk named Rey, who initially assigned us Room 710. This room was extremely small (a literal "shoebox" with the bed pushed flat against the wall and absolutely no room to move around). When I went downstairs to politely ask if this was the correct category we booked, Rey's response was completely dismissive and arrogant. He condescendingly emphasized that "we had booked the cheapest rate, so that was what we got," displaying an intolerable attitude of superiority. My partner is 1.89 m (6'2") tall, and it was physically impossible for us to fit in that bed. Furthermore, Rey falsely insisted that the hotel was completely full and that no other options were available. • Lack of honesty in room management: Given his refusal, I had to contact my travel agency. After a tense exchange between my agent and Rey, and only after the agency threatened to escalate the complaint to the wholesaler, a double room (Room 502)—which actually matched what we contracted—"miraculously" became available. It is unacceptable to have to go through that level of stress just to receive what had already been paid for. • Charges for services not received: We were charged an additional facility fee that supposedly included breakfast and an evening glass of wine. We were never offered, nor did we see or consume, any wine. The hotel did not even have the courtesy to send a complimentary gesture to our room during our three-day stay to make up for this charge. • Extremely deficient breakfast service: The breakfast provided is incredibly basic (barely three types of bread, mandarin oranges, apples, coffee, and juice). More importantly, a hotel of your size lacks an adequate physical space to serve it: it is set up in the lobby, where there is only one tiny courtesy table and the rest are individual armchairs. Having breakfast under those crowded and uncomfortable conditions is a complete oversight. • Excessive markup on Valet Parking: The hotel charges $80 daily for valet service. After declining it to look for an alternative on my own, I parked in a public garage on the next block, barely 40 meters away, where the daily rate was $38. It was shocking to find out later that the hotel uses that exact same facility, charging its guests more than double for the same parking spaces. • Deficient guest relations: In general, every time we approached the front desk to ask a question, we were made to feel as though we were bothering the staff. A hotel is defined by its commitment to customer service, and in this aspect, the failure was absolute. I hope you take these points constructively to review the behavior of your staff (particularly the employee named Rey) and the organization of your services, ensuring that future guests do not have to experience such an unpleasant stay.
