Hotel Triton Union Square San Francisco

Great location rooms are small but that San Francisco, fantastic staff Saba was great at check-in, close to Chinatown, Breakfast next door is good and Irish bar around the corner.Stayed here many times and will return

Talk about exceeding expectations!! I arrived early this morning and was warmly greeted by staff member ryan! He offered to help me and try to accommodate my early arrival. To my great surprise, he was able to offer me an early check in and an upgrade!! I come to the city often and the hotel triton will be at the top of my list!! Mahalo Bryant!!

Perfect location, spotless rooms, incredibly comfortable beds, thoughtful amenities, and outstanding customer service (Alice was beyond great, she even gave us an upgrade this was the second time we stayed at Hotel Triton, plus a complimentary happy hour with delicious wines, a European-style breakfast (juice, coffee, croissant,mufings donuts etc), guest discounts at the restaurant and ice cream shop next door, and a truly dog-friendly atmosphere (you don't get charge for your dog), everything you need for a seamless and memorable stay.

This is my second time staying at the Hotel Triton, and it’s truly a gem—the location is amazing, with views of Chinatown and Coit Tower in the distance, the staff is beyond kind and always ready to help with great tips, and you feel warmly welcomed from the moment you arrive, plus it’s dog-friendly. The rooms have a charming European feel and are very comfortable, and I love the excellent ice cream shop and café next door (with a guest discount); I’ll definitely be staying here every time I visit San Francisco.

I picked this location since it was close to my office at a decent rate on our plan. I have to say I pleasantly surprised by it's closeness to Chinatown. The hotel had a lot of charm which I quite enjoyed. The rooms were clean. The AC is a wall unit and mine wasn't working until I had someone help me. He had to set the timer in order to get it to work. A little loud if you aren't use to a wall unit but I was able to sleep. They had water stations and ice machines which I always need. They also offered a breakfast in the am. I only partook in the coffee and a whole fruit. It was mostly pastries if you start your day that way with juices. The front desk folks were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again since I could walk around and felt pretty safe.
