Knott's Hotel

Everything was clean and felt like at home. Staff was friendly and excellent. Everything boysenberry in room was a cute little surprise. Will definitely stay again.

I wish they had better options for food nearby but the hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very clean in and around. The days we went off property’s there was a lot of police activity in those apartments.

The environment is quiet. The room is cleaned well every day. The kitchen is good and provides quality food and services. The only inconvenient thing is that the room doesn’t have a chair to sit on — sitting on the bed is the only option. This is really inconvenient for those who want to use a laptop for work. A simple chair would make a big difference.

Room was nice and clean. Staff were helpful and nice. There is a mall nearby. Good base for doing local attractions.

The rooms were very clean! Love how they have make up wipes and lotion in the bathroom! The staff was all very sweet and helpful. Love how simple and easy it was to walk to the park and get food! We Will definitely be coming back again!

We really enjoyed the hotel. It is completely the opposite of what we thought it would be like a few years ago. Only because of great reviews, we decided to give it a try. Within walking distance of Knott’s. The entire staff was welcoming and friendly, including front desk, restaurant/bar, the greeters at the front door and the retail store. It was clean and comfortable. The food at the restaurant was delicious, especially the flatbread garden item. We will stay here again. The only real negatives are they charge for parking, and they need microwaves available on every floor.

room was warm and inviting. my date was very happy and surprised about the renovations as well. we loved it. will be back soon. great staff as well. helpful and friendly
