Very friendly hotel sraff...from the lobby to the restaurant and gift shop.an easy walk to the park.plus the hotel had discounted tickets to the park!! Saved us some money!! 😃👍

Staff is always so helpful and hotel is always very clean, love that you can walk rite into Knott’s from the hotel and you get discounts on the tickets!

This is my second or third time staying here and the staff here are rude and unprofessional! The first time I stayed here was for Knotts boysenberry festival and experienced an issue with the bar worker, he refused to serve half and another man (minorities) I don’t use the race card but this was very obvious. This trip Deana was rude and so was the other girl with the blond short hair . I probably won’t stay here again!
