"Great place to stay!"

Fantastic place to stay, now that the total renovation is done. Rooms are spacious and quiet. Beds are very comfortable. Coffee machine and fridge, no microwave. Perfect aircon. Showers a little weak, but always hot, and mauve boisenberry scented bathroom stuff is a great touch. Big shopping mall with chilli,s, Olive garden, Subway, Wings, Fatburger, etc only1.2 miles/7 minute drive away. One minor issue to be aware of, is that the mattress are smaller than the wooden bed frames, and I hit my knees several times in three days!

Nice place to stay at. The only surprise was I was asked to pay $40 for parking. If you book directly with Knotts hotel, the parking is free. $20 per day parking fee if you book thru a 3rd party. Sorry Expedia, I wish I knew this when booking thru you.

The property is convenient, very clean and safe. The only thing that made it bad was the vending machines were out of drinks the ice machines were out of ice. We had to go to the laundry room to get a drink out of the vending machine, and the drink was hot. Some of the staff were so nice and friendly and a couple of them acted miserable and were a little rude. I was really thankful for the girl that was next to the one checking us in. She was super friendly and inviting unlike the person that was actually checking us in.
