All the staff was friendly

Their stains all over the carpet holes in the curtain screens didn’t even fit the window so you cannot open them. The bed was super uncomfortable holes in the wall was just very disgusting for the price I have to pay.

"HORRIBLE"

Location

Well, there was NO HOT WATER, the HEATER in room didn’t work at all, the MICROWAVE only powered at 1/2 capacity. The Hot Tub Was FREEZING COLD, no HOT WATER on ENTIRE SIDE we stayed. Made us go to a unconstructed room, to utilize showers. If I was made aware of inconveniences, I DEFINITELY WOULDNT HAVE STAYED! I feel a room comp, like free night should have been granted, being as I and g/f stayed not 1, but 2 nights. Very Disappointed
