fan kept blowing cold air even when temp was set high, had to turn off altogether; lamp flickered; no bar of soap for hand washing; only one restaurant choice; no instruction for using TV: was sold as a view room but view was of the light rail and highway and airport

"Close to airport with shuttle - Good Value"

The front desk customer service was great. We were offered an upgrade of room at 20.00 per room (we declined). No fridge in our room (maybe that was the upgrade?). Cute gift store on the first floor and places to sit if you are waiting for your room. There is an outdoor pool and hot tub. The beds were comfortable and the shower pressure excellent. We booked this hotel as it was close to the airport. The shuttle to airport ran every 20 minutes. The hotel decor is pretty dark but I’d definitely stay here again.

Very attractive buildings. Airport transfers very convent.

Bedding, such as pillows, were terrible. They were like a piece of cardboard with a pillowcase over them. Sheets were not properly put on bed and were all coming off mattress.
