Let's just say that on the first day, we encountered an issue with the cleanliness in the "Wings" section; they moved us to the Tower, which has been renovated. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, but the best things about this hotel are its location and the fact that it offers a shuttle to the airport every 20 minutes, hours.

To begin with, the hygiene leaves much to be desired. I can appreciate that the hotel likely receives thousands of guests every day, and that this massive volume makes all operations very fast-paced; however, that does not excuse a lack of attention to cleanliness—the rooms, for instance, are not vacuumed. Furthermore, the customer service gives the impression that the guests do not matter very much; I cannot recall the name of the staff member who assisted us in the evening, but their conduct was unprofessional.

Location was close to airport

In need of updating. Everything was clean but room and carpeting and overall decor could use some love. The numbering system was a bit confusing. Shuttle to airport was great.

La señora de la recepción me detuvo más de 45 minutos que no encontraba la reservación y que tenía que reservar otra habitación y después de ese tiempo de espera vino el supervisor y en 5 minutos encontró la reservación hecha por ustedes me dijo que Booking.com no era confiable
