Liked the location and the convenience of having a shuttle service

Upon a late night arrival, it took 20 mins to find our room while toting 5 bags. The design of the hotel is an absolute mess. We even overheard flight attendants talking about how confusing it was finding their rooms. One we found our room, all we wanted to do was shower and sleep. The shower gel bottle was completely empty and my husband had to go downstairs to get tiny bottles of shower gel. We did not have a do not disturb sign for our door and housekeeping knocked on the door early for cleaning. On the day of departure, we went down for the 1pm shuttle and checked with the driver who was at the podium. He said he would be leaving in 5 mins. We waited by the couch/chairs and when we looked up, the shuttle was gone. The other guy said he left and didn't make an announcement in the lobby. Thankfully, another driver stepped in and made a special ride for us...we tipped him well! We feel the value wasn't there for us. We found out that another couple in our group paid 1/2 of what we paid for the same room type...very disappointing.

Nordas was exceptional at the front desk. I made a small mistake booking and she corrected it and put me in a nice room.

I thought it was pretty amazing. They do a day rate. It was inexpensive in the room is clean and hotel is amazing. It’s huge. We will probably not utilize any of the food here at this venue and just wait till we get to the airport.

The DoubleTree by Hilton Seattle Airport is a very convenient and comfortable choice for an overnight stay when traveling through Seattle. Its proximity to the airport makes it especially ideal for a smooth, stress-free travel connection. Due to this location, the hotel felt busy at all hours, with a steady flow of guests coming and going and frequent check-ins throughout the day and night. Even so, the front desk staff remained efficient and handled both check-in smoothly, which helped keep everything well organized and stress-free. Patrons used express check-out options.. The property offered several inviting common areas, with oversized upholstered chairs, as well as nice spots outside. There were also quient places to sit, relax, and read a book. Shuttles to the airport ran every 15-20 minutes. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well suited for a restful night. Overall, this is a reliable, well-located airport hotel that delivers exactly what you need: convenience, comfort, and efficiency when traveling. Breakfast was a solid selection that included buffet items as well as made-to-order omelets and pancakes.
