Close to airport.

Got to the hotel after 11pm, had to wait in line 30minutes for the check-in. The room was not as clean as expected, there were spider webs on the ceiling.

The location was convenient. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean.

The towels smelled a bit sour.

Location and comfort

The pool hours were extended substantially for me and two other groups of people. That was my main reason for going, the pool and also its proximity to I-5. The was definitely comfortable.

Upon arrival check-in was relatively simple, however I was never offered a cookie while I watched everyone else offered and/or receive one. Not hugely important, but why not. I didn't ask because I was unaware that was one of their check-in perks. It wasn't until I overheard a group at the pool talking about it. I was also shocked that I had to pay nearly $40 for on-site parking. Where else is there to park, a scam if you ask me. The room did not have a refrigerator or microwave, so the seafood I ordered could not be kept (approximately $85) or reheated. I purchased it to eat later, as the restaurant was closing. I was also not informed that the room was adjoining, which made me feel uneasy being a woman there by myself. The bathtub, mirror and sink area were not clean at all. Fingerprints everywhere and crust in the tub. I returned my card key to the front desk upon leaving and was unable to leave the parking lot without assistance. The woman attending the parking lot didn't speak English and had to radio for assistance. When the other attendant arrived, I was scrutinized whether I had stayed at the hotel and paid for parking. It took about 30 minutes to get out of the parking lot. l Luckily, I was locally travelling and not trying to catch a flight, but it did set me back for my intended travel time.
