The only thing we liked was the check in employee

The property is disgusting, we had a dead cockroach in our shower, a dirty hand towel hanging over the shower curtain, someone else’s hair all over the shower. At least there were no bed bugs (that we were able to see) I didn’t want my kids touching anything in the room and would never stay here again or suggest this place to anyone.

The property is run down. It is in need of a facelift outside and inside needs new furniture. The rooms were clean.

Staff was unattentive. The layout of the hotel is very cumbersome. The clock in my room was wrong and I couldn't correct it, so I missed an appointment. For a hotel this size, zero amenities and food and drinking availability.
