"Beautiful spacious room, nice staff"

Room was beautiful. Loved having access to a porch. The front desk was great. A person working there named Duval was very helpful, and kind after a stressful day I had. I appreciate his professionalism and courtesy.

Sheets were stained with blood, which I recognize as bed bug spots. This seems like a big sanitary concern

"Go to the Holiday Inn next-door… This is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in"

Breakfast and location

This hotel is a rundown fleabag… So many things were broken, including the air-conditioning and the hot water heater… The staff was untruthful and did not offer any solution solutions to these obvious major problems… The carpet and the hall was musty and moldy…everything was broken! Our room was 90 degrees when we arrived and they wouldn’t give us a different one… no air conditioning working!!! Horrible

Location and breakfast

Air conditioning broken, no hot water, musty/dirty carpet in the halls, hairs in the shower, cobwebs in room, broken fixtures and facilities. Staff was untruthful regarding fixes. We had to move from our first room (temp almost 90’ no air con!) to a slightly less grotty room with a dilapidated mattress and ambient temperature in the low 80s.

The pool looked nice if it had been open

Dirty. Rooms were renovated but did a poor job over uneven floor. Claimed to have a bathtub but do not. When asked staff about it they go an attitude. There was blood on the toilet seat.

"Clean room. Hard pillow which was hard to fall asleep."

Located downtown town.

Although it’s a nonsmoking hotel, pot smokers made our room smell like smoke. We were on the second floor.
