"Disheartening Stay at a Once-Great Hotel"

Aside from one employee named Cecilia, the entire experience was very disheartening. The major problems: non-smoking rooms smelled like smoke and our key cards needing to be remade 10 times. Additionally, the management team refused to contact me back when I filed a complaint with the booker. Having grown up in the area, the Red Lion used to be a beacon of excellence in hospitality. But this is no longer the case. I am hopeful the acquisition by Marriott Bonvoy will bring this once-great property back to life.

We love the location, and the sliding patio door makes it easy to take our pups in and out.

The shower needed a new shower head.
