"The stay was just okay"

The restaurant host and the waitress were excellent

The bathroom smelled like urine and it was very noisy because the doors slam closed hard in each room. This was waking us up all night and morning

"Went to enjoy the city of Sacramento for my wife’s birthday. Trouble sleeping due to no ac and hard to relax at the pool"

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area

The ac didn’t work so it was super hot and uncomfortable. Felt more like a fan than air. The amount of people drinking and partying around the pool with their kids going wild. Also wild how much it cost per night and still had to pay $12 a day to park in the hotel parking lot.

"Crappy hotel"

Terrible wait time checking in at night, and during the day huge lines of obnoxious people, security guards are lazy! Our bathroom door would get stuck when u shut it. Guest services are rude and not helpful at all . Oh and the cookies are always gone. I will not be returning

It was clean and comfortable and the location was perfect.

There was work being done on the parking lot so I couldn’t charge my electric vehicle, but it will be better in the future.
