The lobby is beautiful, the room was clean, the front desk staff was friendly at check in.

Our room was near the ice machine and you could everything everyone was saying as they’d walk by our room. The fire alarm went off twice around midnight. It’s the loudest hotel stay we’ve experienced. The pillows were super flat it felt like my big head was getting no support.

The front staff was nice and very welcoming.

The cleaning staff and groundskeepers were interesting. We stayed in Folsom side level 2 and it smelled foul as soon as you walked out of the elevator into our room. The carpets were dirty and seems like no one vacuums. Mind you were were on the side of where they are remolding and a lot of noise and blocked off streets. Very inconvenience and also very very noisy. We didn't want to complain but I didn't sleep due to noise from construction and people staying in hotel late at night.

Very difficult to find the building our room was in, very bad way finding signage. All the buildings look similar and name on building was difficult to find or obscured.

Great location for us, clean & beautiful property, extremely kind & helpful staff, and good value for price. We also appreciated the in lobby restaurant & coffee bar! And who doesn’t love a huge warm chocolate chip walnut cookie!?!

We understood the property was having some repairs done, so parking lot nearest our room building was a little bit more difficult to access than would otherwise have been, but was still a wonderful stay.
