I’ve only been here a few hours and I’ve already had three issues. The A/C didn’t work. An engineer came by and made the necessary repair. There was no soap in the shower. Someone else came by to replace the empty container. I returned from dinner to a chirping smoke detector and am now waiting for another visit. While I appreciate that “things happen,” this is quite a collection reflecting overall poor maintenance. How did housekeeping not notice the lack of A/C or empty soap? Is there no battery replacement schedule for smoke detectors?

The cookie , rooms big enough,water available. Felt comfortable.

The price was spendy and there was no breakfast.

Well kept property.

The pool was not working for some reason.

After a pretty bad experience last time we stayed, we came back- reluctantly. Everything that was bad last time has been fixed. Hotel was completely renovated. Staff were very helpful and nice. Clean room and the cookies are back. Only complaint was the common hallways did not have heat. Pretty large hole to walk around freezing.

This is a big hotel complex. It’s conveniently located near the Arden Mall. My room was very spacious and clean. There’s a cafe on site for breakfast, a to go counter and a lounge. What stood out to me about this hotel was their staff. From the moment I checked in the staff (front desk, maids, security, maintenance people, wait staff, etc.) was welcoming, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend.
