Red Lion Inn & Suites Missoula

Smoke alarm was chirping. Sheets had cigarette burn holes.

Wonderful location, parking. Red Lion used to be top notch. This motel needs serious upgrades. Staff & location made up for outdated room

The shower had mold in it (we did not even chance using it), the floor in front of the toilet has paint peeling. The bathroom door was rotting off from the bottom. There were spiders on the floor. And the clerk at night spoke very poor English. Had it not been so late we would’ve left, even if we had lost our money. The pictures on Expedia are not accurate at all! This place was a dump, with very sketchy clientele. We were so disappointed.

Could use atm or way to get sodas with card or credit without having to drive mile or so from area

on inital check in, the room we were initally assigned was un made and dirty towels all over the room. Additionally, breakfast offerings were very limited and some appeared old

Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. Just what we needed/expected.

when we got to our room, it was super cold as the air was blowing full force. We tried to change the settings and it was either on or off. The bathroom was awful - not clean and the floor was full of debris. No kleenex in the box, no bag in the ice container which was filthy. We would have left if there were any other available options for the night. The place is old and obviously falling apart. We have stayed there previously but this was the worst! NEVER AGAIN!

The surrounding area had homeless people everywhere. Air conditioning was broken and couldn’t be adjusted. Shower had mold around the edges and the room was smelly. There was rodent droppings in the corner of the lobby area. This was the worst place I have ever been. Checked out and found a cleaner friendlier place to say. Expedia needs to vet places before listing them as places to book.

Room was not clean. Floor was dirty, found ants in the corner next to the bed. Food was left from previous occupants in the fridge. Mosquitoes in the room. Called front desk to let them know and was told they will contact housekeeping but nobody showed up.
