Close to downtown and river access. Cheapest hotel in town, seemingly..

Hotel is dangerously run down and dirty. Filthy rooms, beds, carpets. Water stains and damage throughout the hotel. Smelled bad as well. Neighborhood was sketchy at best - We heard gun shots, were approached to buy drugs within 100 feet of the main entrance to the hotel. Lock on room door was broken. Stay elsewhere.

My room was disgustingly dirty!

It would have been nice if my room didn’t smell like cigarettes.

Beds were horrible, needs updated a LOT. COULD SEE DAYLIGHT AT EDGE OF DOOR. Door stuck and had to use force to open. Didn’t feel safe. Small couch was filthy and afraid to sit on it.

Tear down and rebuild. The morning breakfast person should dress a little better, and be proud of serving the public.

Some new paint and redecorating.

The room was OLD. Bathroom had original door that was peeling paint and original shower floor. Hard floors and weak coffee. Donuts at least 2 days old or were maybe frozen.

The hairdryers in my rooms were broken

Me and my mother didn’t end up staying at this property . After talking to locals and reading reviews this hotel is dangerous and needs to be closed down . We drove by to check it out and we were scared and disgusted.

Homeless living in the stairwell, drugs , drug dealing , unsanitary conditions , doors to the rooms don’t have locks or handles, moldy and musty , EVERY review online talks about how disgusting and dangerous this hotel is . Reviews have said that people have had to barricade themselves inside the rooms for safety. The bathrooms are disgusting. The showers don’t work. Everything is clogged up. There’s bedbugs there’s crime there’s prostitution and drugs.

Was nice and quiet. Quite check in

More breakfast choices, but it still was just fine

Very helpful, friendly staff ! Great location, Missoula is a safe welcoming town .
