Extremely old building that has seen more water than it should have. The bathroom ceiling is peeling off due to moisture. Mold in shower. Mattress needs replacing. Deep ruts in it from constant use. Overall needs major updates and renovations. Location is ok. Right on the water, beautiful view, friendly staff.

Water runs hot the view is amazing Yacht harbor access Cheap

Old and run down, but classy feel to it. The patios need updating old wooden steps.

Rooms not clean at all. Spider webs, dirty tub, leftover dried toothpaste in sink, leftover food crumbs in floor.
