"Nice stay and good location"

The room was great and I will be back at this hotel when I come to Elko. Locates was great the family suit was very suitable for my family and are needs. Will be back for sure.

There was nothing that I can say that I didnt like. Everything was nice

The hotel was clean and comfortable.

Our room was really far away from the hotel, we were closer to the local mcdonalds than the hotel restaurant. The hotel restaurant, Aspens was not the best either.

"AC was out. Room too hot to stay. Hotel staff were very gracious to give us a refund"

AC was out. The casino was hot. The restaurant was hot. Our room was so hot that we couldn't stay there. Staff at the hotel was gracious and gave us a refund, which I hope Booking processed.
