Clean, easy and staff was friendly

The lobby was very small and a large family/group was always occupying it for meeting almost every time I walked through it, preventing me from being able to get through and peruse snacks and drinks for purchase.

I liked everything. The shower was great. I’m a senior and feel safer having a walk in shower with bars to hold if needed. I need them. Yours is perfect. Thanks

The tv remote was hard to figure out. Couldn’t figure out which buttons to use to get what i wanted. This is really a miner thing. I could manage eventually.

Pleasant and affordable hotel, room was spacious (similar to most hotel rooms). We had a king bed deluxe room. Good counter space in bathroom, magnified mirror, blow dryer and ironing board, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker with pods included. The bed was very comfortable. I slept well each night. The outdoor pool was a plus and nicely enclosed with tall greenery. Free coffee, tea, juice and fruits in lobby. Easy parking.

Basic TV, no Chromecast capability. Sometimes, elevator button wouldn't light up and had to press several times.

The pool area was decent.

Our room was very dirty and smelt like someone just finished smoking marijuana in it. Bathroom was gross and desk in the room was dirty as well.

Clean, spacious and excellent customer care experience.

The room wasn’t cleaned on a daily basis as is expected as part of basic services.
