The worst set of elevators of any American hotel I've stayed at. Rickey, non-functioning buttons, and just generally poorly maintained.

the bed was Great! Room was nice. No complaints

The elevators need to be updated. Worked fine just very noisy. Sounds like they need new wheels. The entrance is ok but feels a little cramped. The bathroom in the room was small.

The hotel felt high-end, and the staff was warm and welcoming. It was a safe, relaxing, pleasant one night stay. Some highlights: Comfortable beds Ample storage for suitcases and clothing Clean bathroom Clean beds and room Comfortable, fluffy pillows Desk with comfortable chair Dresser Convenient outlet between both beds Nice towels Incredible toiletries: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, bar soap (I even purchased the body wash, it is wonderful). Outdoor pool Absolutely no scent in the room whatsoever (Definitely a plus. It just felt clean inside the entire building).
