Tang instead of orange juice, charging $25 for an early check-in and check in time is 4 PM. You should change your name from Hyatt to tacky never stay there again Dennis.

Conveniently located, no charge for parking. Super clean and the staff was very friendly

The staff at night when we arrived at 1 am didnt tell us about the xtra on hold charge, so i was surprised to have to sign a higher charge but later i clarified with the morning staff.

A newly painted old building, elevator is really old and scary, makes you feel like you’re in a horror movie. They also charged me for no reason after I checked out, when called, they said I purchased a body wash which I never did. When I clarie

the staff was wonderful and the hotel is clean.

Located along the main road (E El Camino Real) in Mountain View, easy to locate (our son were moving into Stanford campus). There’re plenty of complimentary parking for the guests.

The room looks dated, beds are very high (being a 5 foot person I have to push the couch next to the bed to get in and out, otherwise the risk of falling is quite high). Bathroom is quite small. Not many eateries or grocery stores nearby but ok if driving a car).

The location and staff

Noise. People were having a pool party at 1:30 AM. The room phone wasn’t working so tracked down number on my cell. Apparently the facility doesn’t have security

The Hotel Avante was great. While the hotel has basic services it does have a pool and the staff are lovely. The rooms are large and very comfortable. It is strategically located between Mountain View, Sunnyvale, San Jose, Etc which is great as you can get to all the major areas within 15 to 20 minutes. I like this hotel, and I have stayed here quite some times now and I will stay again.
