Red Lion Inn & Suites Blue Springs

No heat. Temp dropped to 15° during our one night stay.

It was nice that it was so close to a Walmart and gas station and some fast food.

Very clean and very courteous and helpful staff. But the hotel is showing its age. Would stay again. Great bang for the buck compared to other local venues.

Decent stay. It’s hard to fully evaluate a place when you only have a night. The man at the front was extremely customer oriented. He went up before we got there to warm up the room and he had a wonderful sense of humor. The facilities themselves left a bit to be desired; no fan in the bathroom, between the door and the jam there was a large gap that almost didn’t allow the door to latch but, other than that it wasn’t too bad.

The rooms could have been a lot cleaner the hotel was in terrible shape and the sidewalks were not cleared from the snow

The room was clean. Good warm breakfast.

The room was a little outdated but very clean.

The property was average in condition, but, was fairly clean, and conveniently located tonthe interstate, stores, gas stations, and Wal-Mart. What stood out was the friendly staff, like Mr. Chandra at the front desk and the cleaning staff. The staff made all the difference with their warm smiles and willingness to help with anything we needed.

Clean, no bugs, no weird smells. Water gets hot and pillows were fluffy. A little pricey, but nice accommodations. Will probably stay again.
